Every L1MIT controller is hand-built, individually tested, and thoroughly inspected before it ships. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of every custom controller we produce.

Warranty Coverage
All custom modifications include a 90-day (3-month) limited warranty beginning on the date your controller ships. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and functionality resulting from the custom modifications performed by L1MIT Controllers under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
Drops, impacts, or accidental damage
Liquid damage or exposure to moisture
Abuse, misuse, or neglect
Normal cosmetic wear or everyday use
Improper storage or handling
Damage from third-party accessories, modifications, or repairs
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
What Voids Your Warranty
Your warranty is void if the controller has been:
Opened or disassembled by anyone other than L1MIT Controllers
Modified, repaired, or tampered with in any way
Rewired, soldered, or altered after delivery
Subjected to unauthorized firmware, hardware, or component modifications
Sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise changed ownership
L1MIT Controllers reserves the right to inspect every warranty return to determine warranty eligibility.
U.S. Warranty Repairs
For customers located within the United States, approved warranty repairs include:
A prepaid return shipping label
Professional repair service
Return shipping via 2–3 business day service
No charge for approved repairs during the warranty period.
International Warranty Repairs
Customers located outside the United States are responsible for shipping the controller to L1MIT Controllers. Once received, approved warranty repairs will be completed at no charge, and return shipping back to you will be covered by L1MIT Controllers. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Cancellation Policy
Every controller is custom built specifically for each customer.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a fee covering payment processing, allocated components, materials, and labor.
Once production has begun, assembly has started, or the controller has shipped, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Custom-built controllers are not eligible for returns or refunds once completed.
All Firebird/Helium Strike board sales are final — not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to production unless otherwise stated on the product page.
L1MIT Controllers reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent, high-risk, or unverifiable order at our sole discretion.

Pro Gamer Tip
If you play competitively or put a lot of hours on your controller, we strongly recommend keeping a backup controller ready to go. Like any high-performance piece of equipment, controllers experience wear over time — a second controller means you never have to miss a match while yours is being serviced.
